Ahw.. Oh man. Well, I don't know what the problem is, but I hope things will go alright for you regardless and that you'll be able to still enjoy your holidays despite your sadness. Either way, take all the time you need.

I'm sorry to hear that... I hope you recover. Do the best you can to not give into the sadness, whatever may be causing it, and power through as best as you can. While life may have its downsides, there are upsides after those too, you just have to let yourself see them.
