Not sure why my Paypal doesn't let me send payments and there's an artist that is waiting for me to pay them. So I offer a digital watercolor headshot similar to this (more clean than this actually) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18561778 if you can pay the artist for me.
i did that yesterday at the bottom of paypal there's a tab called classic site and do it that way
