I am just interested to know are there any Star Wars fans here who collect the books or comics, etc? Of course, these are known as the Expanded Universe. I never really got into this but have read some of them. My question is do you think these are canon or real, shall we say? I, personally, do like the movies but don't take the fandom too seriously to say everything from the books or comics or even the games are canon.

Episode 7 for example basically killed off the EU with Disney explicitally saying it is not canon. What do you guys think?
