Anyone on GTA 5 on Xbox One?

I'M ON THE ROOF POOPIN IN THE CHIMNEY
Looking for people who play GTA 5 on the Xbox One to do stuff with, mostly heists and missions, etc. Tired of taking an hour of waiting to find a full team, only to have someone leave in the middle of the heist causing it to restart, etc etc. (Really dumb that they don't have better mechanics for multiplayer. Most of my time spent on there is on the loading screens, ugh.)
I'm on a random, weird hours.. so yeah.

I play from time to time but I have the same issue, no people or only minimal people to play with, so I've next to not idea what the heists are, only played 1 I think.

I've done like, one full heist and it was fun.. Otherwise, it's just frustrating because people are either really stupid, or they quit out, which ruins the whole session.. ugh.

Right there with ya on that one. My Scottish buddy got one going and we did good but after that...just kinda fell apart, besides him, my other GTA friends kinda became dicks....couldn't stand being around them anymore, so my heisting stopped abruptly
