End of 2015, Hello 2016!

The year is almost out! It was a pretty good one, imo!
I don't remember what my goals for this year were, tbh, but going into 2016 my goal is going to be simple: produce more artwork and get to a point where I can sustain myself without relying on a day job to get the bills paid.
What about you guys? What's your goal for next year going to be?
And bonus question, what is your favorite piece that I drew in 2015?
