Lots of love and hugs to you dear one! The process of re-gathering yourself after losing someone dear is a long process, but you will get there when you are ready. I lost my brother two years ago, and within the last few months I have lost both my grandmother as well as my aunt, so my mind frame is sort of in the same boat for now. But, I allow the process of grief to run its course. There are many stages to it, not everyone hits them all, some people do. But on my good days, when a good memory pops into my head, I try to absorb it and bask in that moment of happiness and smile. Those we love, we never forget, we never stop loving. And the same goes for those that love and loved us. It never stops <3
