I know I don't spend much time here on FA anymore, even rarer for journals, but this issue needs some help gaining attention.

Avencri 's family recently hit a very large issue in which they nearly lost a member due to an illness striking in the worst way it could, and then the insurance decided to skip on the bill. This leaves them in a $16,000 hole of debt, and as the title implies, Aven has paid out of his life savings to cover it. I've donated, and I intend to help out in some other ways, like commissions or a charity auction (how to do that exactly I'm not sure, never done such a thing, but I wanna talk to some others about it) and every cent helps, even if it's just to reduce it to something more manageable. In a week's time we've made a good dent, but there's a lot left to go. Go throw him a few bucks if you can!
