Where is that on the snaaaaaaaake? None of those are a full picture. And does a feral snake = naga? My thought was him having an anus under his sheath, but that causes one of three things. Either he has no intestines, a second asshole somewhere for waste purposes thus rendering the first simply for pleasure, or these weird ass intestines that do a U-turn in his lower body...

actually the cloaca is kind of a multi-tool for snakes. it has all the genitals and the hole through which they excrete waste.
People draw nagas with the dick halfway up the body because its easier when doing porn to imagine the penis being in the middle like it is on a human. IRL, a naga would probably form a mating ball like snakes do. just wrap themselves up together to get their humping done.

The anus of a snake is near the tip of the tail a little ways back. It's called the cloaca which can server as a reproductive organ as well as their excavation.

When it comes to Naga there are 2 main choices
1. keep them completely Snake and have a Cloaca just before the end of their Tail
2. give them human genitals or a genital slit up on the front of the hips , and then have their anal slit be in the normal area at the end of their tail

Those are the most used , but I've seen people have them have butts or anus's on the front ~ So it's your choice in the end

I myself find it better with the second idea ed mentioned, that's how Lucca was, genitals at the hip and anus at the tail tip

I would recommend having everything at the back near the end of his tail, because otherwise your naga will hate you for denying him the ability to self-suck.

Also, nagas with human chests and abs are hilarious. They often look like human bodies clumsily stuck to a snake body, not to mention such a setup would effectively hinder the snake's ability to eat their prey whole (if you care about plausibility like me, anyway). I suggest sticking to snake body and incorporating arms into the anatomy.
