And nah, the game basically pauses while you're in Pip Boy mode. VATS is another story though, that would happen in VATS which is a slow mo thing. Which is why I didn't use it in the video.

Ah ^_^ But yeah, I used to play Fallout3, n knew it was acting like paused, but it's a fun idea; especially how you put "They'll just wait for me". I always chuckled at that concept when playing FO3 and Skyrim :3
