Costumes, costumes, costumes

Costuming has always been my life, really. I've made them as long as I can remember and finally I'm going to try to turn that into something I can use as a career. Last year I applied, interviewed and was accepted for a place in the WAAPA (WA academy of performing arts) to study costume. I'm really excited, it's a difficult course to be accepted into and I can't wait to fill in all the gaps in my experience and hopefully build a lot of connections in the biz.
Alongside that, I've been working on a lot of costume stuff myself, after having finished the Space Pope earlier in 2015 (which kinda kick-started this whole chain of events) I started the Hellcat which is inching closer and closer to completion. I'm also working on a Jawa from Star Wars because I am a massive nerd and of course have a massive list of side projects because I am normal.
Just nice to know that life can kinda throw you a bone sometimes, now I've just gotta take that bone and make something delicious.

I shall have to keep an eye open, unlikely to see it in Gero, but you never know.
