Scammed by a fellow FA user! [AwesomeC]

Back in July i won a raffle held by AwesomeC {Proof}
He asked me to pick an artist and have them send him an invoice (he was not super clear on those instructions
so it took a while.) After I figured out what he wanted me to do i contacted Aelli to do the piece. She sent
the invoice on October 8th and has still not received payment. I have talked with C about this and he always dodges
the question. now that it's been so long I guess i realize it's just not going to happen? I feel scammed, betrayed,
and hurt. If he didn't want to do the art with me he could have said so instead of playing this waiting game.
In short: AwesomeC is NOT AWESOME
