Well things are getting off in the new year, I'm spending time trying to organize myself to get ready to participate in the real world so lets hope i can get it together, it feels weird o not go back to school.
On another note hitting the gym has been really working out for me and am happy with my progress so going on I hope to gain more. Yesterday I went in to test out my limits and see where I am at my numbers are something like this in terms of weights and exercises
Squats : 190lbs limit
Deadlifts: 195 lbs limit
Benchpress: 115lbs limit
I floored my trainer wih those numbers since they were higher then what he and I expected. I'm hoping to keep it up, this is so much better then when I first started as I had trouble with just lifting the bar byitself with no weights
