I do believe it's only against their code of conduct if you enforce a monetary exchange to enter, as no money is changing hands I don't believe they have anything against raffles, they're covering their butts so they don't get done for unlicensed gambling ;) but we're all good here, no moneys involved. Doesn't need to be featured as such, this whole featuring thing is entirely new and baffling to me I just hit the tick box no idea what it actually did (living on the edge here!) XD
