Heading home tomorrow and a life changing choice

well the Badgear is heading home but i enjoyed my stay with my uncle Chris helping him plans are being made to come back in june so i have 5 months to prepare also this will be a major step as well here's why
My uncle lives alone and his diabetes badly fluctuates to a point where he needs to be in the hospital other times he is fine cause of this i am planning to come back not to visit but to stay and be there when he needs me thus i am gonna convince that i come live with my uncle chris it might be hard but my granddad will more likely agree to me staying.
If that happens i will be needing a roommate to help me and i will interview all candidates interested and discuss things like Rent Etc. the house my uncle owns is 4 bedroom two bath
house (two beds upstairs two beds downstairs with master bathroom and a stand in shower downstairs) the downstairs area is a basement living area (under renovation but fully livable)
with a Tv and two new sofas and that's IF i get my grandad to agree to me staying here and rent will most likely be 1500$ a month with a 1000$ deposit if the roommate damages anything or makes changes to the downstairs area without my knowledge and my uncle's consent. (accidental damages excluded)
So that's it i have 5 months to get my papa to agree with me both me and my uncle will work together to make this happen and wish me luck and i will see u again when ever i get net back home in GA.
