Nice living away from everything, but every time it rains I become a haven for the field mice in the area.
I have. Fourteen year old cat that caught two, and she is retired. The big one saw one and freaked out and climbed on a chair.
In the garage the mice took care of the problem for me eating a hole in to the poison and all I had t do was sweep them up and drop them in the trash.
Did have a little fun, chased the big gray and white cat around with a mouse, he cried and hid in the corner, lot of good he is.

Nice that your problem took care of itself. When our local yentah/cat lady went to the nursing home, her numerous cats were fried. They were fruitful and multiplied and for some reason seem to enjoy hanging out on my new deck and around my house, and crapping in my driveway.
