Pacific Pony Con

Well, It was a lot of hard work for me there since I did nothing but volunteer. I had to help set up the registration desk, pick up Dr Wolf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVMKU5qVxqs from the airport, man the Con Ops room, monitor the vendor hall, help Dr Wolf get lunch, help out the vendor hall again, attend the after dark panels, struggle to stay awake, had two beers, fell asleep. The next day, I attended my own panel with three other artists and talked about art in front of an audience of six. After that, I went to the Brony analysis panel to witness Key Frame fall off the stage and sprained her ankle. Fortunately, she is in good spirits. I also sent four paintings to the charity auction. One Luna painting sold for $300 and the Mission Belle in watercolor didn't sell at all so I gave it to some sailor for $40. He also gave me a Rainbow Dash Funko vinyl figure on top of that. I then helped tear down the stage and then we went to Bali Hai and had dinner there to close the convention out.
The convention is a success; we got a mention on the Union Tribune and we had 600 attendees and 25% of them were children under the age of 12.
