The randomness can cause some hillarious things.
I have seen some gameplays, and this guy made characters based on people's suggestions...
We saw a Nico Robin x naruto pairing. It is hillariously insane and random at times.
By the way, I put Kyuu and Sora on the island... I didn't know 3DS XL was limited with 100 Miis. ^^;
