I am so tempted to fill this out, but I don't know if it's worth my efforts. I feel like I should direct my attention to more consequential things. but then I question whether or not I am disregarding the value of this list. these are deeply telling questions. if I answer them, my biggest reason for thinking it's a waste is that I fear nobody that I care to would read it, yourself included.

I would absolutely read it, though I totally get that it's not the most consequential way to spend your time. You could omit any questions that you feel aren't worth the effort, though: I don't think the world will end just cause we'll never know if you've ever knitted or not.
