What tablet (under $100) would you recommend?

So, I upgraded my computer and my tablet, a large, nearly 5-year-old Monoprice, is still not functioning properly.
Thus, I'm looking for a new one, with a budget of about $100. What would you guys recommend I get?
It must be compatible with Windows 10, Photoshop CS2, and Clip Studio Paint.
