Had my first workout and came up with my workout routine

so my workout consist of Monday Wednesday Friday because this gives my muscle the maximum amount of time for recovery and building them back up. My activites consist of sit ups push ups and curl ups weight lifting that effect my triceps and biceps and such pull ups and running on the trend mill and squats. As I progress weights will increase and get heavier the amount of reps will increase running distances will increase and trend mill speed will increase too. I am also making sure I do alot of running so the cardio works off the fat on my belly and such also the squats will help my already big sexy booty get even bigger and sexier lol. There is some more to my workout routine I am gonna be doing from now on but thats the genral gist of it and I'll probably add more to it as I get more in shape. But anyways today was my first step into become a mean sexy hedgehog machine and I am very excited to keep going.
