i've had a lot of trouble walking this winter because of how bad my legs have gotten and the cold has made it a lot worse

i had to get a cane

yesterday i feel halfway down the stairs and really hurt my ass and right hip so all day at work i was getting shooting pains in my hip

luckily i did a lot of sitting down work so i didn't have to just leave

i can barely stand up in my own room because of how stiff my legs get sitting down

i can't type properly half the time cos my fingers freeze up in the cold

i feel like my body is giving up already and i"M ONLY 18 CMON BOD GIMME A BREAK
