photo gallery update and.... cry for help

First a little silly spot of good news:
I made a facebook page for Tica the Sloth so that I could more easily upload galleries full of con photos. FA, Weasyl, and other art-oriented sites make it very difficult to post large numbers of photos at once. I experimented with other web gallery options, but decided the best way to go was a public facebook fanpage. You can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/ticathesloth/ . If you ever upload any pictures of me in suit onto facebook, please be sure to tag TicatheSloth in them! (And if you're friends with my personal, private facebook, please keep in mind that I'd like to maintain a strict separation between the character Tica and my human self. Thank you!)
Then, here's the bad news:
I had to quit my temp job (that I loved) about two weeks ago, due to health issues and such bad fatigue it was impossible to physically get there each morning. I've been relentlessly pursuing my issues with doctors, but I've had no luck yet in determining what is wrong with me. My best guess is either chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, both of which are in my family history. We're currently ruling out endocrine causes before I get referred to a rheumatologist. I recently applied for food stamps, and I am getting a little food help from my parents as well, here and there. I have enough savings to last me through the end of my lease, which is up on May 31st, so that's good--but that's *all* I've got--only enough to pay rent and buy food and pay medical co-pays through then.
I would like to remind everybody that I am open for commissions! Every little bit counts, and any bit of change you can spare in my direction will go toward trying to keep me financially secure until I either get well enough to work again or manage to wrestle some kind of financial aid out of the government.

FA+

The fact that I do have one autoimmune disease does heighten my chances of having/getting another. I've been tested for both graves and addisons and it came back negative--and my thyroid is always normal on every battery of tests. The markers for lupus and lyme disease also came back negative. I am sometimes deficient in vitamin D and iron but ever since I started supplementing with a multivitamin my vitamin numbers come back fine--at least, the ones they test for (iron, B12, and vitamin D mostly).
When I finally get to the rheumatologist--might be a month or two before that happens--I hope they'll test for other autoimmune diseases. I'd be relieved to finally get a diagnosis too, even if it is something awful like fibromylgia. My maternal grandmother had that and basically suffered constantly for forty years and died in severe pain. But it's not a death sentence, either--and treatments and knowledge about it improve more and more as the years go on... I'd rather have something I know what it is than have something that's a mystery!
Thanks for the well wishes ~~ <3
I have been tested for adrenal fatigue as well, and that test came back normal. As for the rest, they haven't looked, but I'm hopeful. I think once I finally get in with a rheumatologist I'll be heading in the right direction... I just hope that, whatever I have, I don't have to take steroids, because those have wreaked havoc on various family members of mine :(
