I noted an artist earlier because I thought someone was using Viral without my person. It happens sometimes and I simply asked the artist if the anon person who commissioned it has used pics of Viral a a reference. I got this ever so lovely reply from the artist.

You know I could understand the reply back that maybe I was overreacting a little (though I politely asked about the commission and never even said I wanted it taken down) but to use the poor "no offense" crap when what they say is clearly offense really raises my sodium levels.

I've been called a Lestat-Stereotype in the past and had been bashed by few who are upset that my Vampire sona doens't fit "Demonic or rotting corpse"-criteria because their butts are still sore from Stephanie Meyer. Haters will be haters.
I know how well this hurts, especially when people dissect you in front of others and the mob just agrees with them on Stream.

And to question creative design:? your OCs wouldnt be popular if that was lacking, at the very least to me^^
people need to realize that "no offense" isn't a free pass to say offensive stuff

Whoever this artist is, they really do need to learn some tact when dealing with other people. There's no
reason to go flying off the insult handle because someone asked an honest quest. We have cases of
people having sexual art of their character commissioned by fans or admirers without permission
often enough. It isn't a question worth freaking out over like that. Sorry you had to deal with that kind
of attitude. =/
They said no but they wanted me to make them a character using the same colors of everything, even the glasses, the ONLY thing they wanted to change was the hair from pig tails to up in a bow.
I of course was like hm that seems like I'm totally copying this character spot by spot just changing the hair, so I did not take the com.
I haven't seen any humans sporting a light-brown Mohawk at all. He can get a cactus shoved straight up his arse.
