Looking for artist recommendations

Hey all, thought I'd fire out a journal post asking if anyone knows of any good artists that can draw muscular/buff guys.
I'm trying to get the first human/giant dwarf picture of Boon but sadly I don't know many artists that draw such things, and the ones I do know are busy.
I'm looking to spend between 20-30$ though give or take 10$ and if paying 30$ I'd want colour as well.
Any suggestions would be wonderful :D
