I'm so sorry that I haven't been on here in forever. I've just started school and it's been really busy lately. Once I get the hang of everything, I want to start commissions again and be more active on here! Also, I really would love to start rping with Neo. I think sweets themed characters would go well with her. If anyone is interested in that, please note me. And if you don't have a sweets themed character but want to make one just for her, that's great too!
