Before commissioning me, remember to read all of my Terms of Service. Also Note this; When you are hiring me, you are commissioning my particular style and skill level. Remember to view my Gallery for examples of my style and skill level.

General
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
Prices are subject to change depending on complexity.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon (commercial rights come with an extra fee, ask).
Payment
All prices are listed in USD or EUR.
Payment is taken via PayPal and must be made upfront before I begin work.
Larger projects (over 150$) may be split into 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval if requested.
No refunds once lineart or coloring has begun.
Process
Client provides references and a clear description of their request.,
Artist contacts the Client as soon as possible, informing client if they are able to take order under work.,
Artist send a rough sketch for approval and minor revisions( Rezised and watermarked),
After approval, Artist continues to lineart, coloring, and rendering (except Experimental Sketch),
Artist will send you progress updates at major stages (sketch → lineart → flat colors → shading).,
The final high-resolution artwork will be delivered digitally.
Revisions
2 minor revisions are included for free during the sketch stage (pose, expression, etc.).
Small adjustments (color tweaks, minor details) are allowed during later stages.
The only major revisions permitted are limited to details that the Artist has overlooked and that the Client has explicitly specified in written correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching or lineart stage (e.g., an essential tattoo in the character’s design).
Deadlines & Turnaround
First come first served, if the artist is working on more complex order they might finish simple ones quick in between.
Usual completion time: 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
Artist doesn't work on rush orders.
Artist will keep you updated if delays occur.
Usage & Rights
I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork (including posting on my social media, portfolio, etc.).
The client may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes (profile pictures, sharing with credit, printing for personal use).
NOT use the artwork for commercial profit (merch, books, branding, etc.) unless we agree on commercial rights.
Do not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, or use it for AI training/NFTs.
Refunds & Cancellations
The Artist has a right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
The Artist has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason with or without explanation.
The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with explanation.
The Client will not be refunded if (s)he/ they are unsatisfied with the commission.
*The only major revisions permitted are limited to details that the Artist has overlooked and that the Client has explicitly specified in written correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching or lineart stage (e.g., an essential tattoo in the character’s design).
If Client cancel before the artist has started sketching, client will receive a full refund.
If Artist already started the sketch, refund 50%.
No refunds once coloring/shading has begun.
The Client will not receive any files of the commission.
If for any reason Artist cannot complete clients commission, client will receive a full refund.(Client will also receive a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission).
Communication
Please be clear with your request from the start.
Artist will update you at each major stage
No Micromanaging.
Artist respond within 24–48 hours to messages about commissions.
