There's something called seasonal affective disorder which has something to do about how your body isn't getting the same amount of sunlight or something. Not to mention wintertime can be gloomy as is and around the beginning of winter you have all the holidays to deal with. Sorry you're going through a tough time, and hopefully things will get better for you soon.
