So i went on a bit of a diet, more of a eat healthier sort of one s i had put on a bit of weight (i wasn't fat but my shirts were fitting a lil tight around the belly and i didn't like it) so i started eating more fruits and veggies and have basically cut out and sweet and candy (and other things that have excessive amounts of sugar)
and in 3 weeks i went from being 210 pounds, to (as of this morning when i checked) i am lighter then 180 by just a bit (176 on the scale)
i gotta say it feels good to be healthy ^^
(i also do 100 situps and 60 pushups everynight but i was doing that before the diet LOL)
