Ordering
Bycommissioning me, you agree to my ToS.
Prices
The prices are fixed. However, additional charges may be applied due to the complexity of the characters design. Fees will be communicated before an invoice is sent out.
Prices are in EURO.
Payment
Payment is due by the time the invoice is sent out. Any trouble or difficulty or something like payment plans need to be communicated to me as soon as possible.
During the sketch phase, edits on the pose are free of charge. Unless stated otherwise in the Commission form.
Edits past the sketchphase, especially lineart will be charged accordingly to the amount of work it gives me.
Minor color edits are free of charge.
Refunds
Generally I aim to finish the artwork as requested. If I find myself unable to complete the artwork for various reason a refund will be issued.
Either partial refunds or full refunds depending on the time and effort that has been put into the artwork.
Turnaround time
1 week up to 2 months.
Product and Copyright
As the buyer you are free to re-upload your product with proper credits given to the artist.
Linking back to my original upload is not required, but appreciated.
You are free to use the artwork for personal Prints, Stickers, Banners, Profile picture and the like.
Selling my artwork without my permission is not permitted.
I have the right to sell my Artwork in forms of prints, stickers and similar.
AI
You may not feed my art into Image generators.
Please also refrain from using AI generated images for examples. You will be marked as "dubious client"
Private commissions, Making previous commissions private.
I require a privatization fee of 80€ for new commissioned artwork. Already existing artwork that you commissioned will have a fee of 50€
The price is firm.
Blacklisting
I reserve the right to blacklist any user. A person can be blacklisted for various reason. The reasons are mine alone.
