My Bad Memory.. old comedy skit?

I am trying to remember a skit.. I COULD HAVE SWORN IT WAS SNL BUT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN MadTV.
It was.. I dunno. I think it was a house of wings? And the end of the skit was a gross puppet of a chicken that was genetically engineered to be just a pile of wings. I >think< the chicken was begging for them to kill it?
I remember seeing it as a kid and being grossed out and I wanted to share it with friends. :C
It might have been a chicken made out of SOME OTHER PART. But basically it was just like a rubberchicken head on a pile of gross meat.
Maybe all breasts or legs or something?

He could have very easily just pled not guilty and dragged the case out potentially even walking away unscathed
