Understand how criticism works

There's a difference between praise, criticism, and blatant attacking.
Praise: Usually positive comments like "This is great!" or "Oh I love it!" Praise is nice and all if you want a confidence boost. But It's not gonna help you improve if you think "Oh well my stuff's perfect!'
Attacking: Usually negative comments like "Dafuq is this shit?" or "He looks like (something bad)" Attacking is never okay. Ignore these people.
Criticism: Something like "You're in the right step, but this part is a bit off and that looks pretty small, etc." Positive and negative feedback but (usually) in a respectful way geared towards helping you improve. Some might be nice and add a positive bit of feedback to lift you up a bit.
Don't say you want "feedback" when you just want praise. And don't take all criticism to heart. They're judging your work, not you.
