I don't know what your medical coverage situation is, but you may want to consider an MRI or CT of the neck.

I crunched the bones in my neck audibly, and so violently, that I nearly cut my own spinal cord in half and badly compressed it. Caused 7 months of disability, lost 50 pounds because I was in agonizing pain to sit up and barely could eat, and needed spinal fusion surgery to repair the damage.

How did I do this? I sneezed too hard.

Then 2 years later, after I was told never get whiplash injuries, some jerkoff totaled my car. My neck cartilage under the fused part was crushed like a bug, and my neck internally was doing a Leaning tower of Pisa impression for 18 months before I finally had enough!

My shoulder is messed up from the accident, but my neck feels amazing now that we found the problem. I needed the CT or MRI to pinpoint the issue

I have had continuing back and neck problems since I was in my teens. I know the exact cause and see a chiropractor when required. I'm just seeking more daily solutions to help improve my posture and alignment. Medical assessment is not required but thanks so much for your concern.
