Trying to set up a pay pal, and I kinda have no idea how it works! :D I kinda need to set this up if I ever want to take payments for products, would be great if someone can help me out. also, kinda on a side note, I will be doing a loaners program, you donate, say $30 and in 2 to 3 weeks I pay back $35 or more (depending on how I use that money). Completely understandable if you do not wish to invest... So how's all your days going?

The reason why they require a SSN is because they need to confirm that you're not a child, you are who you say you are, and that your bank is your's. Because it's mandatory you attach a bank account and/or debit card to your Paypal. From there you can transfer between the two.
With any and all problems with Paypal that you may have, calling customer support will always fix it. They're really nice people. Also, I should add that the problems I have are apparently a rarity because I've never heard of anyone else having these troubles, even going around asking.
After those few months, and they DID find out, My account got locked with all my money meaning I could not use it until I turned 18. it wasn't fun. I couldn't spend, refund, transfer, withdraw, anything. my money was just sitting there in limbo unusable.
No mail today since it's Sunday but I'll be checking throughout the week C:
