Partial suits and commissions?

I need to post a journal about some of my gaming exploits that I've been up to lately but...
Snarbutt needs to find a partial fursuit maker. (Either that or do it myself, but I'm rather lazy). Anthrocon's theme is the roaring 20's, and it'd be a sin to not have a snarbo suit all ready to go for it! I've got a top hat and a dress suit (tux etc) already, but I want the other stuffs also.
Anyone know any partial suit makers around that can finish one and have it here before July?
Also on a tangent, I've been slow on commissions, anyone know anyone that's open for art commissions? <:

My commissions are open. You can take a look at my gallery to see if you like my drawing style. My prices are also listed under the Commissions tab, but I can also negotiate prices with people depending on the level of detail they want.
