Okay so I have been complaining to close friends about this but I am honestly really annoyed that I keep getting messed up pieces of Kami.
Like I put an entire master list of Hex codes and RGBs and exactly where each color goes and yet still people mess up. I understand small flaws but if like her face marking is left off or if her light yellow parts are made white then I have an issue.
I mean is her ref not clear enough or something? I am too nervous to ask an artist to changed a finished piece and I don't know why. I know I should be able to just ask since I paid money but I just feel rude ya know.
I am not aiming this journal at anyone specific but basically how much more clear can I make her ref? I even ask the artist to please look over the description because literally everything he/she would need is right there.
Also how do I approach an artist that has posted a completed piece and ask them to alter things? I just really dont want to be met with a hateful response but it has just been eating at me that I never said anything. I don't know if its best to just move on from it or confront said artist and ask for the art to be fixed.
Please any advise is appreciated because this has me so stressed honestly. I am really not sure what is blocking me from having the courage to ask for changed on something I paid for.

Your paying for it so it should look exactly as you want it. Try to tell them there's a mistake in a nice manor. If its a traditional piece, ask them to send you pictures of how its going so you can tell them ahead of time to change anything~

all pieces so far have been digital and it just that time has past and I have some sort of block that is making me too nervous to ask. I am usually so blunt and to the point when I point out flaws that is comes off as rude x.x

Well if its digital, they should be able to change it. Just muster up the courage and ay so but try not to come off as rude~

Just tell them to fix it or ask for a refund. It's fucked up if they act rude because you paid for the art and they were too careless to follow the reference and look at the description. Everybody just does what they want even when it's not their character their altering.
