Fursuit Partials????

I've been really wanting to get into making Fursuits for a long time now but never found the cash to complete one for myself.
With that said, I'm curious as to if anyone would be interested in a relatively cheap head/partial, with the only examples being a recent incomplete foam head, and head/paws made way back in my early teen years.
I have a design already in mind that I'll post below, but if you'd rather have a custom I can probably work something out with you ^_^
Since there isn't much to go by with examples, the prices will be cheap, just enough to cover the cost of materials + around $50-100 for my work and labor.
I do have experience in sewing and crafting, so you wouldn't have to worry about sloppy stitching or your head falling apart heh ^^

The pre-design prices:
Head will be $248
Head + partial totals at $504
(these do not include shipping or anything extra needed)
What I will need if commissioned:
Head measurements (around head at forehead, and from top of head to chin)
DTD of (both) hands
pair of shoes (anything comfortable will do)
