I remember watching lots of animes when i was a child, most of em very memorable due the epicness in the story and awesome intros. Let me share you some of my favorite:
Dragon quest (Dai no daibouken): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbF2dYgUEjA : I love the progress of this anime, every chapter gave me the feeling of a "save and load" to continue the quest. Amazing characters overal, specialy Hyunkel. Badass mofo!
Captain Future: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2QyKyLFnmk well im from Mexico so i have to share the most catchy and epic opening of all around so, there you go :p
Ulysses 31: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQD3GAD0NIw Theres nothing more epic than having futuristic jesus kicking ass while traveling around space. or am i wrong?
Saint seiya: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bu533OKYHyc Dude, these series where the shit! (and they still are) very popular around Mèxico and something i totally recomend you guys to watch.
Dominion Tank Police: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEE9SQ3IDg4 man, how i wish to see another remake-remake of these haha. I loved the series so much!
Magic Knight Rayeearth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gB0BKIP0IHg i couldnt find the original intro of the anime but the SEGA SATURN was pretty much the same i saw back then. Another kickass anime which first season was a blast to enjoy.
Remi (le nakiko ko): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACbb6NKwCTY : depressive, depressive, depressive, depressive, depressive, depressive shit yet, memorable in many ways. Too much feels with this anime. Long live Mr. Vitalis.
Astroboy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGY9AOiNtcg I loved so much this anime! and for some reason, i always confused astro for megaman XD . As well one of the moth catchy openings ive heard.
Future boy conan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqsUQZXLPcI i love the conceptual art of this anime, in particular how the whole world looks after several years since the apocalipse ocurred.
Gekko kamen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufDYEPcIg1A A luchar por la justicia!!!
Little lulu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oA1N3tBvZTc Nope im not mistaken, this was an anime and brings lots of memories.
Macross (robotech): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2k8EtGl82Y this doesnt need any introduction. It was a blast to watch the opening every afternoon after school.
Street Fighter II: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y55bVjNFPhs I can barely count with my fingers animes based on licensed products that were successful. This was one of them
Samurai Pizza cats: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXiJYcK4-GU i didnt like the progress of this thing, but the characters were memorable specialy bad bird was the shit.
Captain Tsubasa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9dPJsrPhLI for obvious reasons this anime was the shit in México, specialy the remake who was a blast to see too. sports on anime are always badass.
Treasure island: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfH_KA2JXyo have you noticed i love anime that involves voyages and such? they are the best! i always remember this due the latinamerican version, it was very dope and groovy
Well so far those are the only ones i remember at the moment. I know i left a lot of the classic ones like evangelion, dragonball or samurai X, g force. but come on, we already know those are good but for me, those mentioned above were memorable on my childhood.
Would love to know any of yours guys, got any anime memorable to share?
