Remember that the whole working out thing is not only based on how much you work but also how well you eat. There are some websites around the web (I think there's even a Wiki about working out) you should go and check 'em out.
When you're done with your reading I bet there are some people here willing to discuss what would be best for you (me included).
or like a one piece of meat but try to bake as well put it in the oven and then try to take sometimes long walks as well and try stretches and do some like dance steps that sometimes help me like ballet and being flexible indeed
But if you have any other things try asking
I mean like one piece of meat and well some vegetable as well but then
^^ I try to cut back on my food habit so it's complicated for me
Allso haveing baked veg cut into like chip size is a good lunch
But I prefer Liver you know I mean well I like liver alot more then anything and it's healthy

sounds good. once my finals are all over, i am slimin my equine ass down to sexy swimsuit size. oh yeah!!
Anything less is just playing Russian Roulette.
I lost around 10 kgs after like 4 months and it is still going down by using that technique.
PS: I am afraid being picky about food does not match with a diet...
That being said drop the refined foods, pastries, junk foods and soda and go for the whole foods, chicken, fish, vegetables ect...
If you significantly decrease the amount of calories you normally eat you run the risk of putting your body into 'starvation mode'. Your body will start burning muscle instead of fat since it will think food is scarce and adjust your body accordingly. A healthy amount of weight to lose per week is 1 to 2.
Start keeping track of what you eat and how many calories are in the foods your eating, this will let you know where you are at calorie wise and give you a starting point as to how many calories you can cut from your diet. There are several websites that can help you figure out how many calories are in the foods your eating. You may also want to keep track of how may grams of proteins, carbohydrates and fats you consume. This will be very helpful in the future for you when you want to build muscle.
