OKAY GUYS TIME FOR THAT UPDATE I KEPT TALKIN' ABOUT.
Holy smokes these last few weeks have just flown by. Pretty much since the end of January has been a whirlwind on my end.
I actually just deleted a ton of paragraphs about my personal life (good and not so good stuff) BECAUSE FRANKLY I DON'T FEEL LIKE THAT'S IMPORTANT HERE?!
So anyway, I've been dealing with a year's worth of ups and downs in like- a months time. 2016 is being a bit of a sourpatch kid. Evan and I are doing pretty good though, and all in all I can't complain! Because things haven't really been bad, but it's really weird how much is changing all around us and it feels like up until now we've been kinda lazing around at a crawl and now we're running top speed to start making real plans and big life decisions hooah. It's all falling into place though, so we're happy.
ART STUFF ★ So as of right now, all current commissions on the queue have been traditionally sketched up (old news), placed into their files, and are ready to be drawn over.
★ All notes are being answered right now (will probably be sent out in the next half hour after posting this)
★ I'm thinking on spending tonight (since there's so little time left in 'tonight') doodling on personal files and dive into commission work tomorrow. If not, I may have a commission or two to upload tonight, but seeing as it's been a pretty bland and off-day, I don't want to put out any work for others that isn't top quality.
★ According to the call back I got, 'go-day' is officially March 2nd. I'm looking to get all commissions done between now and then, just as an official personal deadline.
★ Speaking of, for anyone interested- commissions are still open! But I'll advertise that in a better way once I announce Chibi style openings, and I won't be announcing those before I get the ball rolling on these existing commissions. That'll happen within the week though- so watchout!
★ I'm thinking I may open the thigh-up St. Patrick's Day YCH themes (there will be ONLY 6) closer to March 1st than the originally stated March 10th.
★ Traditional badge pre-orders will be announced after March 2nd
★ There's literally like a dozen other things I desperately want to announce art-wise and I'm really excited about them, but I just found out that they may not be able to happen. I'm waiting to hear back, and it may take up to a week. If a week goes by and I haven't gotten a 'no' or a 'yes' I'll be meeting with them to figure out the final answer. I really really hope it's yes! I'll honestly be pretty devastated if this can't happen this year. But a lot has shifted in my life and I'm having to make hard decisions like this, so we'll just have to see. /HUGE BREATH

SO some of you may remember when I had my journal asking for advice on which of my art you'd like to see or could see as a print. I really do appreciate all the times you guys give me feedback and help me with decisions, so as a secret surprise I decided that out of everyone who commented on the journal- I would do a random number drawing for a free black and white sketch! SO IF YOU COMMENTED ON THE JOURNAL YOU WERE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE ART SURPRRRIIISSSEEE

but seeing as she's actually an irl friend of mine I felt like that was kinda not fair for everyone else, so I decided to do TWO drawings.
