I'm really sorry that you had to go through that. I had to myself about a year ago, me and my ex mate of about 4 years ended up splitting up. Sometimes you have to go through things like this to be able to improve and grow as a person. Not just you but the other as well. It hurts, it hurts like crazy and you'll do you fair share of crying , but you'll work through it and come out a better person. maybe your ex will too. I know it sucks. But you have to keep pushing forward and in the growing as a person. I'm sure you can do. Focus on getting yourself in a better situation and the like. You'll come out on top in the end.
