I like the OS in general (The taskbar is slow to use) it just has hiccups on this machine is all.

Windows 7 is okay, but no OS is perfect. Except maybe linux.

Linux is pretty much amazing, and Windows 7 is a good OS too, I just think the taskbar is slow to use, and my laptop is crap so it runs with hiccups.

It runs faster than vista did, which is nice. The taskbar I'm in love with because it means I don't really need a dock anymore. Been considering installing XP instead though, I miss fast gaming.

Oh yeah, worlds better than vista.

I never really needed a dock because of desktop icons.
(which is why I don't really like it)

And I get better fps in windows 7 suprisingly.

But yeah~

I like a blank desktop too, I usually just keep folders on the desktop, I use the start menu, because all my commonly used programs are in there.

Nah, I've already got upwards of 3 licenses for XP, but thanks anyway :P
My laptop usually runs Ubuntu and my desktop runs XP Media Center. BUT since I installed 7 on my laptop and my desktop's HD failed, my laziness is making me stay on Windows 7 :P

I coded a workaround for laziness, first, you format your harddrive leaving it OS-less while you sleep
then when you wake up, you get pissed at yourself for formatting
then you are forced to install the OS of your choice.

I usually format when I'm too pissed off to not do anything x3
