~*♥*~ So, yeah. Body pains again. Stomach is like Chernobyl and my back is killing me. I'm going to try not to eat much today...Every time motivation for me to work hits, the pains start. I'm trying pain meds and the like to see if it helps.
I just want to have a non painful work day!

Would try something like chamomille tea for the tummy. Actually having tummy probs also :(

Food related problems sucks in general, it sucks so much not to eat things i used to. >.<
to stick with water and juice for a while to see if there's a difference.
1.) Vitamin D supplements (it helps process calcium and potassium and other things which the body uses to regulate acids)
2.) Stretching exercises, particularly of the stomach, back, core, sides, flexibility.
3.) more vegetables.
4.) more water and unsweetened tea
5.) in fact, cut out sweet snacks if possible. If it's at all related to a weakening pancreas/kidneys, then not taxing them with processing sugar can help them recover.
6.) Yoghurt that isn't meant to appeal to sugar craving children and their overweight mommas. ;D
7.) Cut out fast foods that are full of grease. The removal of transfats helps(helped. Standard, now)
8.) Eat GOOD meats. As a carnivore it hurt to cut out some meat, but.. it got to the point where I was hurting enough to stop eating so much. More lean meats, more fish, less beef.
I'm pretty sure I need to jump back in it then everything else will be balanced (My eating habits and all)
I had chronic heartburn so bad my esophagus stopped burning and just felt paralyzed instead. :X so I couldn't swallow.
