ever feel like you leave one bad situation just to go into another?

Bad shit happened today that just makes me wish i can get the money i need up quickly, but i'd still have to be patient. rushing is what got us a place that came with electrical issues, heat issues, and black mold. oh and the exploding stove was an adventure.
