Where did u see the text color changed???

hm im not sure how you change it forever but for one line of text you can go:

[ color = yellow ] text goes here [ / color ] (you need to take the spaces out though like such:

MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

BUT I wouldnt suggest only writing in yellow since the "light" colored background would make it really hard to read :3
