-When they shine a flashlight at other animals, their eyes reflect

-They address the fact that they are different animals and treat them as such, rather than just anthropomorphic animal stand-ins for human roles.

-The city of Zootopia itself and how it is tailored to all the animals living there, with different districts for different biomes, different sized doors for different sized animals, extra tall trains/cars for giraffes, etc

-The different animals are animated differently in the way they move, like the actual animal would.

-EVERYTHING IS SO DANG CUTE

-The irony in the characters, like Clawhauser being a chubby cheetah
