I selected the wrong option when lifting limits
Contact via facebook, one week to reply, wrong information and a useless fucking idiot, another week for a response, same result
No response for another week and a half so I close the account to reopen it. Now my POSTCODE doesn't exist. Get a message on facebook about my old account ten minutes later.
Now have to wait for another five fucking years to be abl eto use their service again....

Calling the number on that page: Gave me a step by step on how to open an account and no options at all to put me through to a person, I tried for an age with all the different options, it all just results in "you're done! you can hang up".
Also, it's not a social media manager, paypal's facebook is a legit way to contact with an issue, they're meant to respond within a day, but paypal is absolute bullshit so they get a lot of people complaining with bugs and errors they wont fucking fix.
I'm not an idiot, dude. I DID try customer support and the phone number provided.
paypal actually got sued in 2003 so they would put their contact number on their website so it could actually be found without digging for an age
