Have you done a battery pull or run it in safe mode?

i can turn it off easily but with safe mode, i don'tknow how with windows 10

my brother used to help teach computing also i have been having proplem with windows and he looked it up, it looked like it did't install properly

I do this for a living also. I simply recommended a safe mode boot first to avoid losing anything important. If you got that far a system repair or virus scan is next. If those don't help then yes, a reset is going to be your next bet.

sorry we already did it and it's working better then ever right now, also everything important is on here, i can get the art programs easily and that be everything i need

Sometimes, yes, a disc defrag will help limit this but, a fresh wipe is never bad! I need to do one soon myself! Haha
