I do like the CGI as an art student, but I think Rocksteady's lips look too "human" for it.
All in all 8.2/10

I think it's cause they took these designs mostly from the current IDW comic series (which, barring a few duds and having way too many side mini-series) is actually pretty good, where Bebop & Rocksteady are still a pair of idiots, but also really strong fighters and an actual genuine threat:

I always thought Bebop was significantly shorter than Rocksteady.

I wish they'd use practical effects and makeup for those two, but it's a Michael Bay film, so it's probably going to be all CG.
