I work with charitable organizations and bank account information.

90% of the time when the bank has a problem, it's Bank of America.

Yeah, I definitely suggest dropping those asshats ASAP.

They fucked my mother over big time about 10 years ago. Dropped her check into the wrong account and then BAM, 500 in bounced check fees.
Fucking fault was on the bank, but they continued to say it was my mothers.

I am glad that we have Hapo (though sadly I think its a Washington State only bank). They haven't done us wrong yet.
