Today's one of those days when I wish I had a more 'central' character. I look at all these artists around with their 'signature' char and just want one of my own. Now, my big frontrunner is Ploro. Started off as a preything, became something I really liked and I turned it into a predator that was sort of personal. But I'm not always fond of how small they are (and their toony nature makes it hard for some artists to draw them). Sometimes I want something more overtly big and dominant. What do people think? Who should be the 'mascot'?

Deformation is something used heavily in Japanese art and anime when it comes to the Vorish fiction. Body parts growing, deforming into something else before gobbling down the prey and shrinking back down as if nothing happened.
I think especially cartoony chars would be predestined for this sort of growing/eating/shrinking habbit, especially if size makes an issue.
For me your "Mascots" had always been Vox and Ploro, could never imagine one without the other ^.^
